Tips on how to approach this challenge

Walking Partner-buddy can Make All the Difference
Put a reminder for every hour to take 10 mins walking break (inside or outside the house), this will make 10k steps a breeze.
Involve your family members and make it a fun event.
We will share more tips in the coming days.

    Number of steps guideline -

We would recommend people to take your physician's opinion on whether they can take part in this challenge and how many steps are ok especially for people with chronic illness and disability. Please use your own judgment.
